I thought I wouldn't like D3, especially after playing the Beta, but after mulling it over I think that it has made some pretty interesting changes for the sake of gameplay, so I'm getting it to see if those changes work or not.

No, Because the only Blizzard Games that could hold my interest were the warcrafts and that is an MMO now - so i do not see myself playing any of their games for a long time

I was thinking about it but the DRM/real-world economy kept me away. There's hardcore, and then there's real-money hardcore. No thanks, if I wanted to connect online I'd play an MMO.
Not that Blizzard (or anyone else really) gives a crap, 6.3 million sales proves that when a good game is involved, people can't stay away even if it's supporting something they hate, like DRM or Live.
